Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in media planning and management experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of integrated media campaigns across various channels (digital, TV, OOH, and print). In this role, you will be the key client liaison, ensuring that all campaigns meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets while delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead the development and execution of cross-channel media strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Oversee the performance and optimisation of media campaigns, using data and insights to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including planning, activation, and data teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
- Prepare and present post-campaign reports, offering clear insights and recommendations to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in media planning and management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital, TV, OOH, and print media channels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Solid experience in managing media budgets and optimising spend to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
