Job Description
The Role
The Programmatic Planning Exec will play an important role in the smooth operational running of Programmatic activity. You will form good working relationships with key stakeholder teams such as the programmatic activation, operations and TAAG teams across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are booked into the system in a timely manner, following internal and external timelines.
You will also have an interest in learning new technologies as a good understanding of how to utilise platforms for finance, reporting, campaign booking and digital campaign ad serving platforms will be imperative.
Key Duties
- Understanding the digital campaign implementation process end to end by the end of the 1st year and being able to complete several tasks within the process independently.
- Ensure Digital campaigns are booked on system accurately working with the Operations team
- Complete monthly reconciliations in timely manner (10th of each month)
- Update Google recon document with relevant CPM and buy number by 12th of each month
- Setup reports from IPS and solve invoice queries within 10 days working with the Operations team
- Accurate trafficking of creatives via the TAAG team
- Trouble shooting tracking issues together with the TAAG team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a great self-starter attitude who demonstrates enthusiasm for all tasks, as well as the desire to understand and learn more.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and comfortable with numbers, whilst also possessing strong communication skills and confidence delivering ideas in a way that convinces.
You will work within a fully integrated team so working well within a team is essential
