Job Description

Join Spark as a Performance Planning Manager working on the Crucial business. Crucial is the leading consumer brand representing Micron's groundbreaking memory and storage solutions. Dive into the heart of AI conversations and shape the future of technology alongside tech enthusiasts, content creators, and gamers.

As a Performance Planning Planner, you'll spearhead integrated campaign strategies for Crucial, collaborating with cross-channel specialists to drive impactful activations. No day is typical here – get ready for a thrilling journey in a team-oriented environment where every moment counts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement campaign strategies, leveraging insights to uncover digital marketing opportunities.
  • Manage campaign briefing processes to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
  • Analyse cross-channel media performance to optimise spend and exceed client targets.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform capabilities for innovative strategies.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Ensure flawless account management, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with channel teams to deliver insightful client presentations and campaign optimisations.
  • Drive team productivity and cohesion through regular meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across some of the following channels: Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display
  • A passion for digital media and planning.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a knack for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, dedicated, and eager to learn.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with a passion for technology.
